We usually have a guest speaker and try to keep our meetings to a minimum with business and encourage our members to read the minutes which are circulated prior to each meeting.
Our fundraising activities include annual can shaking at Flinders Street Station for Cord Blood Research and over the last few years we have participated in manpower at two local Farmers Markets as well as holding a couple of Bridge days, the most recent in which money was donated towards a new Day Procedure Ward at our local Sandringham and District Hospital.
Our members meet also meet monthly for a Book Group and also for brunch.
